Nash Edgerton, Spider‘s director, co-writer and co-editor, is also one of the film’s two stars. The fact that he’s a stuntman by trade, doesn’t bode well for his characters. Neither does the film’s motto, a quote from ‘Mum’: “It’s all fun and games until someone loses an eye.”
