What the hell does that title refer to?

Well, this: it;s a play on words referencing the subtitle of the 1987 film El Lute – Camina o revienta, the first of two films about criminal El Lute, who became nifamous in 1960’s Spain by repeatedly escaping from prison. A loose translation of the title would be ‘to walk or to explode’.
